Greetings in the name of Jesus.
Summer is here. It’s a great time to enjoy God’s creation and join friends for BBQs and picnics. As the warm weather approaches we ease up our schedule for small groups. Instead of meeting three times a month We will be meeting twice a month for the summer. Travel, family time, chores around the house and some rest are important parts of our lives. I pray you are blessed as you seek Him for summer plans and activities.
We have approximately 18 groups meeting in homes around the quad city area. These groups are for young, old, married and single. There is a blessing for those that do not forsake the gathering together and join others where our Lord, His Word and the Spirit is central. It is good to stir up one another to love and good works. (Heb 10:24)
Our current lessons include book studies from Genesis to Revelation also challenging topical studies from God’s Word. These Bible studies encourage and challenge both new believers and seasoned saints.

Welcome
Small Groups are the real heart of ministry here at Canyon Bible Church! Here's the place where we dig deep into the Word of God, find fellowship, accountability and support. Small groups welcome everyone who wishes to grow as a disciple of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
We all enjoy fellowship together, so it is no surprise to find a small group gathering together for a picnic, barbecue or even a trip to a fun place! It's a great opportunity to enjoy the company of the families of believers enjoying all that the Lord graciously gives to us.
Besides our weekly gatherings, small groups are the engine to go deeper into the area of service here at Canyon Bible. Small groups serve their members as needed with meals, a friendly visit or even a helping hand. Groups often also serve in various ministries of our church body as well as many areas of outreach, evangelism and community service. It's an opportunity to walk and work for Christ in our local area!
